Screening Dates:
April 30th & May 1st, 2026
Required Documents:
* Birth Certificate
* Student Shot Records
* Custody Paperwork if applicable
* Proof of Residency
Please call the Elementary office to schedule a session.

Our Lost & Found is already piling up! This first batch includes mostly sweatshirts.
If you recognize something that belongs to your child, call the office at 419-298-2332 (7:30–3:30) with the item number and a quick description.
Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of each quarter!
